As part of his practice, Itzik accompanies sale and purchase transactions of real estate rights, evacuation-construction (Pinui-Binui) and TAMA 38 transactions, contractor and consultant agreements, banking financing transactions in the real estate sector including accompaniment vis-à-vis banks and non-banking entities, as well as residential and commercial lease agreements.
