Omer is an associate at at Harash, Sasson & Co.

As part of his work, Omer provides legal counsel to the firm’s clients in a wide range of real estate transactions, including sale and purchase agreements, urban renewal projects (such as evacuation–reconstruction and Tama 38), lease agreements, etc.

In addition, Omer has experience working with national and local public authorities, including the Israel Land Registry (Tabu), the Israel Land Authority, the Tax Authority, the Corporations Authority, local planning and building committees, municipalities, betterment levy departments, and others.
