Roi Sasson is a founding partner of Harash Sasson & Co.
Roi has comprehensive experience in real estate, urban renewal and real estate finance.
Roi handles a wide range of real estate transactions, including agreements for the sale and purchase of real estate, combination agreements, purchasing groups, leases of commercial centers, urban renewal transactions (evacuation and construction, TMA 38), drafting of construction services contracts, hotel management, representation of entrepreneurs in matters related to residential, commercial and offices projects, loan agreements for financing real estate projects (with an emphasis on urban renewal), and more.
Roi is a member of the Property and Real Estate Committee and the Urban Renewal Committee of the Israel Bar Association.
Additionally, from 2014-2016 Roi served as a member of “Real Estate” magazine’s editorial board
