Nadav’s practice includes representation of corporations and individuals in commercial and administrative litigation, including cases concerning rights in real estate, class actions and derivative actions, in all judicial instances.

Nadav’s journey began with his tenure at some of the most prestigious commercial litigation departments in Israel. Later, Nadav served within the Office of Legal Counsel and Legislative Affairs in the Ministry of Justice. Nadav served as a member of the committee established by the Minister of Justice to draft the new civil procedure regulations.

Nadav works also in the field of constitutional law. Nadav served as counsel for the petitioner in the proceedings submitted to the High Court of Justice regarding the Biennial Budget, which resulted in a precedent ruling on the issue of “Abuse of Constituent Power”. Nadav has published articles on this topic in leading legal journals, which have been cited by the Supreme Court.

Nadav is authorized to conduct Durable Power of Attorney in accordance with the Israeli Legal Competence and Guardianship Act.
