Elad is an associate at Harash, Sasson & Co.

Elad provides legal advice to the firm’s clients in a variety of real estate transactions, including agreements for the sale and purchase of real estate, urban renewal transactions (evacuation and construction projects, and TMA 38) and more.

In addition, Elad has experience in working with national and local authoroties, including the Land Registry Authority (Tabu), the Israel Land Authority, the Tax Authority, the Corporations Authority, local planning and building committees, levy improvement departments and more.
